초록/요약
본 연구는 초기 대상관계와 행동중독 중 하나로 분류되는 관계중독의 관계에서 미성숙한 방어유형의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 수도권 및 경상도에 거주하는 20세~30대의 남, 녀 대학생과 일반 성인을 대상으로 실시되었다. 모집 군에 대한 인구통계학적 기초조사로는 성별, 연령, 결혼 여부, 거주 지역, 직업, 등을 항목으로 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과, 전체 341개의 자료 중에서 독립, 매개, 종속 변인 중 한 부분 이상의 전체 결측치가 발생한 16건을 제외한 총 325개의 자료가 연구 분석자료로 사용되었다. 측정도구는 선행연구를 통해 타당화된 척도인 초기대상관계 척도(Bell’s Objective Relationship Inventory), 한국판 방어유형 질문지(Korea Defense Style Questionnaire), 관계중독질문지(Relationship Addiction Questionnaire)를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 초기대상관계와 미성숙한 방어유형, 관계중독간 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 이는 초기대상관계가 관계중독을 예측하는 중요한 변인임을 의미한다. 둘 째, 미성숙한 방어유형이 초기대상관계와 관계중독 사이에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 초기대상관계는 관계중독에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 미성숙한 방어유형을 통하여서도 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 초기대상관계가 관계중독에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 미성숙한 방어유형을 통해서도 간접적으로도 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 초기대상관계와 관계중독의 관계에서 미성숙한 방어유형의 역할을 확인함으로써 초기대상관계가 관계중독에 이르는 과정을 밝혔다. 이는 상담 장면에서 관계중독을 겪는 성인초기의 내담자들을 만날 때 주로 사용하는 방어기제를 초기대상관계의 관점에서 파악하여 치료적 접근을 하는 것이 매우 중요함을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과에 대해 함의, 제한점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

This study investigated the effects of immature defense style parameters in the relationship of object relations and relationship addiction. This Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeong-sang do 341 early adult were surveyed for the study. Survey results except the sincere insincere respondents 16 respondents 325 people data were used. Measurement tool, the object relations scale (Bell’s Objective Relationship Inventory; BORI), defense style scale (Korea Defense Style Questionnaire; K-DSQ), relationship addiction (Relationship addiction Queastionnaire; RAQ) were selected, and the collected data using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was a significant correlation between object relations and relationship addiction. It means Object relations is important variable to predict the relationship addiction. Second, it was a significant correlation between immature defense style and relationship addiction. This means that immature defense style is important variable to predict the relationship addiction. Third, it was part of the immature defense style mediated effects in the relationship of object relations and relationship addiction. This means that Object relations and relationship addiction, when the immature defense style indirectly affecting directly affects. The purpose of this study confirm the immature defense style in relation to the role of object relations and relationship addiction, said the process of early object relations to addiction relationships. The result suggests that psychotherapists deal with client’s defense style when they meet with clients suffering from relationship addiction counseling at the scene due to the difficulty in the formation of mature relationships. Finally on the results of this study to discuss the implications, limitations and further research suggestions are presented.
